Bulliun's Terms and Conditions

By using the Bulliun app and its services, you (“User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Bank Transfer: For transactions exceeding a specific value, as clearly communicated within the Bulliun app, users may choose to pay by depositing or transferring funds into a designated Bulliun bank account immediately after confirming their order. Users selecting this payment method are required to promptly provide proof of the bank transfer to Bulliun’s support team via the designated in-app communication channel or by email within the specified timeframe. Failure to provide proof of payment within the given time may result in the order being considered void. Due to continuous fluctuations in gold prices, if a user completes a bank transfer but does not notify Bulliun within the required timeframe, a new order may be required based on the updated gold price. Any difference between the amount deposited and the value of the new order will be adjusted and reconciled upon delivery.
Bulliun Account Balance: Registered users with a Bulliun account may have the option to pay for their orders using their existing account balance. This payment method is subject to the availability of sufficient funds and any limitations that are clearly communicated within the Bulliun app.

Delivery processing for all paid orders will commence within 48 to 72 working hours upon receipt of payment. “Working hours” are defined as Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UAE time, excluding public holidays.
Pick Up from Designated Location: Users with confirmed orders may choose to pick up their physical gold from a designated Bulliun office or secure location. No shipping charges will apply to this option. Users will be notified via the Bulliun app or other designated communication methods when their order is ready for pickup. If a User is unable to pick up their order within a reasonable timeframe after notification (to be specified in the notification), Bulliun reserves the right to make alternative arrangements, potentially incurring storage fees payable by the User.
Delivery within UAE: Users within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) may opt for doorstep delivery of their physical gold. Applicable shipping charges, based on the destination and the value of the shipment, will be clearly communicated to the User before order confirmation. Bulliun aims to deliver paid orders within 48 to 72 working hours to the specified address within the UAE; however, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

All services and gold provided through Bulliun are intended to be of a good standard. In the event of any dispute, Bulliun’s decision will be final and binding.
Bulliun reserves the right to choose its sellers and service providers based on its own assessment and research.
Bulliun reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Continued use of the Bulliun app after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any communication or notices required under these Terms and Conditions shall be provided through the Bulliun app, email, or other designated communication channels.
Bulliun shall not be liable for any delays or failures in its services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

By using Bulliun, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
